Michael is a litigation attorney with over a decade of professional experience. His experience includes representing a broad array of clients (individuals and business entities) in both state and federal court, involving complex legal issues concerning real property, contracts, business transactions, regulatory law, and trusts and estates.
Active in the legal community, Michael has served as the elected President of the Ronald N. Davies Inn of Court, been an Associate of the Richard M. Sangster Inn of Court, was a Pegasus Trust Scholar, and serves as an Affiliated Faculty member of the University of North Dakota School of Law. He has published and lectured (including Spain and Hong Kong) broadly on issues of law, philosophy, and literature.
