Bhavesh Desai
Bhavesh is a California board certified pharmacist with over 20 years of experience in a variety of pharmacy settings. He has held numerous positions in pharmacy organizations over the years, from President of the Indian Pharmacists Association, invited graduation speaker for Western University Pharmacy school and President of the WesternU College of Pharmacy Alumni Association, and committee member for National Community Pharmacist Association and NCPDP. In addition to his pharmacy experience, Mr. Desai graduated from Whittier Law School with a Juris Doctor in 2012. Mr. Desai has been an advocate for clients through his volunteer work with Community Legal Aid SoCal since 2019. He assists clients with denial of care issues, improper billing concerns, network advocacy issues, continuity of care challenges, Medicare and Medi-cal eligibility issues.
Shivan Acharya
Shivan is a pharmacist with extensive experience in managed care pharmacy with a focus on Medicare Part D and Medi-Cal. He assists our clients with Board of Pharmacy and DHCS applications, creating policies and procedures, as well as obtaining DME accreditations and Medicare contracts.
Mila Kronik
Mila assists with our RxPolicy platform preparing, formatting and customizing pharmacy compliance policies and procedures. She has extensive experience with graphical design and IT operations.
